Professional Liability and Employee Rights Insurance
$2 Million Dollar Liability Insurance (Coverage A)
AZPE's policy pays up to $2,000,000 per insured per occurrence and $3,000,000 per occurrence plus defensive costs.
This coverage protects members for alleged damages arising out of an occurrence as part of member"s professional duties as a school employee.
Employee Rights Insurance (Coverage B)
AZPE's insurance reimburses each member up to $10,000 in attorney fees payments if it is proven employment rights are violated. $1,000 of this amount is provided for the payment of up-front attorney fees for research necessary to determine the nature of and proper disposition of the problem, without regard to final outcome.
