Everyone knows teachers are often looking for free resources, grants and additional funds to assist them in providing exceptional experiences for their students.

The Arizona Professional Educators association is pitching-in to help teachers through their bi-annual mini grant program. Twice per year AZPE allows member teachers to apply for grants designed to support professional development, student resources and even (virtual) field trips. 

Teachers decide what to submit on the grant application with the categories of classroom or school project supplies, professional development opportunities, including educators' conferences and workshops, or student travel which includes field trips and virtual experiences. Dollar amounts range from up to $500 and up to $1000 depending on the type of grant. 

The Board of AZPE is proud to provide these funds in the fall and spring with up to $4500 per grant cycle. Membership is required for teachers to apply but includes $2M in professional liability insurance as well as numerous other membership benefits.
